Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items are inspected.
